Metallurgical Testing of 79 Grams per Tonne Silver Tailings from Beaver Property Begins

The Company has commenced the testing of the Historic Beaver Mine Tailings in Coleman Township. These are stamp mill tailings and are coarser in grain size and may contain fine native silver.

The tailings have been sampled by sonic drilling and have been found to contain silver grades of up to 314 grams per tonne silver with an average grade of 79 grams per tonne silver.

Beaver Mine Metallurgical Testing Program Highlights:

  • Gravity testing using single-step processing

  • Up-grading silver gravity concentrate

  • Running closed-loop tests to maximize water recycling

Following the production of the gravity concentrates, the Company will source out potential buyers of silver gravity concentrate. The emphasis will be on maximizing silver recovery to payables from the silver refiner. The program, which includes sampling the tailings, gravity test work and marketing of the concentrate, has begun this week. The Company will issue regular updates on the progress of the testing program.
